Fresh Data / Notify Me!

Title: Fresh Data / Notify Me!

Goal:We’re building an interface where biologists can subscribe to fresh data alerts for their species and regions of interest from many (wildlife observation) citizen science platforms, and observers on those platforms can be notified if their observation was sent to someone. We’d like to create a requirements document at the hackfest, for how this should work, with input from citizen science platforms and users.
